Brand Name: Natibaby
Size of Wrap: 7
How long has this wrap been used by you?
About 2 weeks
What size is the wrappee?
12 months, 27 inches, 23.5 pounds
What is the thickness of this wrap?
medium
Does it have cush?
Ultimate cush, marshmallowy after a medium steam iron, and extremely moldable.
How does it feel on your shoulders?
I have picky shoulders and this wrap is nothing short of an absolute dream. It is very wide so I was able to spread it on my shoulders to absorb a lot of the weight from the little.
How much diagonal stretch does the wrap have?
on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most stretch. Kurpie is at about a 6. Because of this the wrap molded wonderfully around myself and baby.
How supportive did you find it in a single layer carry?
Very supportive and toddler worthy
How supportive did you find it in a double layer carry?
Extremely cuddly and supportive. Passes tighten very nicely.
Can you compare this wrap to another wrap already on the market?
Compared to Tekhni repreve (synthetic/cotton blend, baby-toddler worthy), Kurpie with Hemp softened up much easier, showing its moldability immediately while maintaining a toddler worthy weave.
Who do you think this wrap would best be geared to?
Baby-toddler and possibly even preschoolers. I would also recommend this to a new wrapper in a smaller size. Maybe a 5-6 will not have as long tails, but the knot is very easy to tie after wash and ironing.
Would you recommend this wrap to a friend? Why? What did you love about it?
I would absolutely recommend this wrap to any babywearing friends. It is a gorgeous fall pattern with the contrasting colors. I love how well it molded to me and baby while wrapping. It made my first double hammock very easy to configure. This wrap was also cuddly enough to put my daughter to sleep at 3am on one of “those” nights.
Please tell us a little more about yourself:
I have been wrapping for about a year. I started with a Moby stretchy wrap, I’ve tried Girasols, Ellevill, and a lot of Tekhni wraps. I would still say I’m still a newer wrapper, but I like to take risks and try new carries all the time. I am a VBE for BWI of Chicagoland and I have tried a lot of different carriers over the last year of babywearing.
