How long has this wrap been used by you?
about 3 weeks

What size is the wrappee?
12 months, 19lbs 5oz, 31.5 inches

What is the thickness of this wrap?
Thick

Does it have cush?

This wrap has a lot of cush, in my opinion. It is just a nice solid wrap. Kind of marshmallowy, extremely moldable and it just stays put.

How does it feel on your shoulders?

Firm, supportive, yet light and smooth. I could wear this wrap for hours.

How much diagonal stretch does the wrap have?

Not a lot. This wrap is stable. Absolutely no seat popping in this puppy.

How supportive did you find it in a single layer carry?

Extremely! There really is no need for a double layer carry with this wrap. It is so sturdy.

How supportive did you find it in a double layer carry?

Even more! Although the double layer carry was a little too warm for me, it did not budge! I’d sweat any day over having a wiggly toddler busting out of my wrap. LO fell asleep instantly and it was comfortable for me for the duration of the nap.

Can you compare this wrap to another wrap already on the market?

I found it similar to Tekhni Olympos. After a wash and dry, very fluffy and strong.

Who do you think this wrap would best be geared to?
Any and all babywearers! Very easy to wrap with.

Would you recommend this wrap to a friend? Why? What did you love about it?

At first glance I did not love the look of this wrap. I tend to prefer geometrics. But once I wrapped with it, I was in awe with the color and pattern. The jewel tones are truly eye catching. Magical. I would recommend this wrap to a friend because it is a lovely, solid wrap. Definitely a powerhouse.

Please tell us a little more about yourself:

I have only been babywearing for a year. I started with my son, Cameron the day we came home from the hospital. I am a SAHM mom so I wear VERY often. I also nanny for two other babies. Another toddler and a squish. So someone is always strapped to me. I would say I’ve probably sampled around 40-50 wraps. I’ve just fallen in love with the whole world. Down the rabbit hole I go!

How to fix a pull in a woven wrap      If you are just joining us. Welcome!!! Welcome to the best blog you will ever read, (hehe). We are currently doing a blog series called "How to care and fix that woven wrap of yours".  The first post was an introduction and gave you the run down on how to care for your woven wrap . In that post I walked you thru both in photos and text how to treat and fix thread shifting.       Today we are going to focus on how to fix a pull in a woven wrap. A pull in a woven wrap is very common and to be honest so common it would be rare for someone not to have ever had one or get one during their babywearing journey. Pulls can very easily happen, anything from a broken nail to just taking it out of the package and it catching on just the right thing...

Breaking in a woven wrap

You just received your wrap, but it's not as soft, floppy and cuddly as you were hoping for? Don't despair! I remember when I purchased my first woven wrap years ago, after wrapping with a Moby for awhile.  I was a bit shocked at how crunchy and stiff it was.  I almost gave up on wrapping, thinking that it wasn't for me (lol, imagine that!)  At the time, I had no wrapper friends locally so I'd never felt what a woven wrap was supposed to feel like and I was disappointed to be quite honest.  Long story short, I sold that woven and purchased an old used Didymos Paul.  It was love at first feel!  Paul was everything I dreamt woven wraps would be, moldable, cuddly and soft like a baby blanket. I started purchasing other wovens and found that I really enjoyed the "breaking in" process of it.  It's interesting to see how the fibers and the tactile of the threads change throughout time. Okay, but how do you get it to change? There are seve...
